nursing and nutrition

Question
What kinds of foods and how much should I be eating while nursing in order to have proper nutrition but also lose my baby weight?

Answer
You should eat the same kinds of healthy foods you ALWAYS should eat (lean proteins, healthy carbs, good fats, plenty of fruits and veggies, lots of water). Make sure to get extra calcium while you're nursing.

Don't worry about losing baby fat until you're done nursing. Your body needs that extra fat right now. When you're done nursing, then go on a low-calorie diet to lose weight.
