Hi, I am 14 years old and I want to loose about 30 pounds, hopefully before this september. It isn't very easy for me to lose weight, but I am willing to give it my best. Right now I weigh about 145 and I want to weigh 115. Any advice/suggestions or really good tips would help infinitely.

Zoe, Try walking every day for 30 minutes and try to follow a healthy eating program that contains about 1500 calories per day. If your goal is to weigh only 115 pounds, then your height must be about 5.3 or smaller. If you are taller than 5.3, then 115 pounds is too light for you and is not a reachable goal. Strive to lose 10 pounds first, then if you need to lose more weight lose a little at a time. Ask your doctor for a written program or see the Slimkids.com website for a program you can follow.
