Okay, I am 15 years old, and am somewhere between 5'6'' and 5'7''. I weigh 124 lbs. I ride horses 3x a week, jog 1.5 miles on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I walk a mile. Do I get enough exercise, and am I overweight?

Melanie- at age 15 it is only necesary to take action if you are very overweight (just look in the mirror) or feel very unhealthy.

s for your exercise, I would say you should be doing more vigourous activity like a sport or aerobics or weights.

Ditch the scales and rely on how you feel and look.
