Question
Which is a more effective way to loose weight, biking or running?
I tried both and running got me loosing 10 pounds one time but I gained back the weight and biking didn't do anything for me.

Answer
Both are effective. Do whatever you enjoy.

Personally, I prefer cycling, but that's just me.

"Gaining the weight back" is just a matter of KEEPING UP with your diet and exercise. Neither cycling nor running are going to do you any good once you stop doing them.
