Answer
Alexis,

I am glad to hear you are concerned with healthy eating.  However, I just want to tell you to ignore what you hear about various diets.

I'm telling you this because you are only 15 and you are eating enough calories and you are not in danger of being overweight from where you are right now.

However, to point you in the right direction in terms of what you eat and how you eat it, you will want no more than 30% of your daily calories to come from fat.  So, that would mean no more than about 650 calories per day from fat.

That is all you should be worrying about.  Keep your activity level high and make sure you are eating a well-rounded diet and you should be fine.

I hope this helps.

Take care.
