im workin to get a 6 pack and on some site it says i have to loose belly fat so i can see the 6 pack do u have anu good ways or what should i eat to loose belly fat

Hi Alex,

It is true that you do all the stomach exercises in the world and have a 6-pack, but it won't show if there is too much fat covering it.

You will have to aim for somewhere around 6% bodyfat to show a true 6-pack, and that takes a lot of dedication to what you eat and drink alongside the exercise.

If you are not naturally of a low bodyfat then it will be one of the most stubborn areas to get rid of.

You need to have a long run of high quality protein/carbs/fats plus minerals and vitamins to really power up your fat burning capabilities.

Sorry, I can't offer you an easy way out as there isn't one! But if you are determined then the results will be worth the effort.
