I am slightly over weight(20-30 pounds) and am wondering should I drink weight loss shakes or protine shakes? I have a hard job of landscaping and skipping meals doesn't cut it with this job...I thought prtine shakes would be better for building muscle?

Dear Tara, I like protein shakes better. Get the highest quality you can afford and replace one meal with the shake.
