no neccessarily, fat

Question
I've been ridiculed by some of my friends and parents about my "fat."  I'm 19, 6'0 and 167 lbs.

I've included a picture as well for your evalutation for what you suggest I can do, thanks for any help you can provide.

Answer
You're fine. 167 is a perfectly healthy weight for a 19-year-old of your height. I would suggest just hitting the weights once or twice a week to build some muscle. THEN we'll see who's being ridiculed! :)
