Losing Weight.

Question
I'm 5'4, and weigh 235lbs, and I'm trying to lose 10lbs in 4 weeks. Will it possible if I could lose more in 4 weeks if I work out 2 hours a day, and eat small portions at breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a snack, and drink alot of water and milk. i don't know my fat percentage so should I go see a doctor to find out what it is or is there a way I can find out without going? How much weight do you think I can lose in 4 weeks on this plan to healthier life?

Answer
Hello Tasha!

Thank you for your nutrition question. It is a good idea to see your doctor about referring you to a registered dietitian in your area. In addition, healthy weight loss is about 2 lbs per week which adds up to about 8 lbs in a month.
I have a couple different weight loss programs on my website www.planetyorgos.com which can help you reach your goals. The first is called "Bioslim" which is a fiber drink that you take before lunch and dinner. It helps you absorb less fat and sugar. The other is a program called "Take Shape for Life" which is meal replacements that come right to your door. Let me know if you are interested! Both programs have helped people reach their weight loss goals.
