How much of what should be eaten

Question
okay so i am a 17 year old and i need to loose about 25 pounds or so for my
health and so i can get back into shape but eating was always a problem for
me but i've been able to curb my appetite when necessary which brings me to
my question
how much of what type of foods should i eat to make the most of my
exercise.  i run and bike im also going to start things like sit ups and push
ups and take the natural method instead of lots of fancy equipment of insane
dieting methods.
i also have a heart condition which prevents me from pushing my self TOO
far but it only effects me in extended amounts of running or biking so i was
wondering of some other owrkouts i could try too but mostly the point of this
question is i need to know what tpye of things i should be eating

Answer
I've always liked a 40/40/20 balance between protein / carbs / and fats. Try to eat lean meats like chicken, whole grains, and healthy unsaturated fats like olive oil and nuts.
