hi richard, i am 15 and i really want to lose weight even though i am not overweight im quite average, ok but i have big thighs, big hips, and a big belly which i really dont like can u please give me some advice on what i should really do and help me because im really confused. sometimes i do alot of excercise but it just doesnt seem to work, i would really appreciate you answering my question, thank you!
