Skinny/Fat

Question
I am 6 foot 1 ,155 pounds with thin limbs, but there is still fat around my stomach. I am confused, I am lighter than most my height, but do I still need to lose weight to get rid of that belly fat?

Answer
Hi Steve,

Sounds like you do not eat enough protein like lean fish/meat/chicken every day.

You can see how much you actually need (you'll be very surprised) by entering some basic data on my site below.

It probably also has something to do with what you are eating- your body will be out of balance and the most natural result id fat retention.

So, you see, you can be fat and skinny at the same time!

Be consistent with the above simple advice and you'll so0on be back on track.

All the best
