why no weight loss?

Question
QUESTION: I've been obese for a long time, i weigh 330 lbs. recently i moved to a different area so I dont eat as much as im used to which is: in the morning i would eat a plate of whatever we had for dinner then by maybe 10:00-10:30a.m, i would maybe eat Ramen noodles and/or alittle bit more of dinner from the previous night. from noon to 1:00 p.m I would eat a burrito from the burrito truck along with a can of soda and chips. then from 1:00-2:00 I would eat a "sugar filled treat" such as a pack of donuts etc.
At 2:00 I walk to work (which takes thirty minutes) as im leaving to go to work I pass the cornier store and so i get myself a candy bar and some gum, then as Im arriving to work there's another corner store so I then get chips and soda and maybe salami to go with my chips.

While at work (i work with children)i would eat maybe two small pickles, two chocalate healthy bars. AFTER work i would pass the store again so i would buy more chips and maybe donuts on the way home. WHen i get home I would eat dinner (2 or 1 1/2pork chops, rice, salad.)
         --ALOT, I KNOW--
now I consume maybe half of what im used to eating because there are no corner stores and we dont have as much money as we are used to.
Im would eat a big burrito with chips and soda maybe every other day. and now in the past 6 months i've only eaten maybe 1 once a month--a significant drop--
I went from walking an hour a day (to work) to NOT walking at all.

my problem is that it's been six months and i havent lost any weight. what could it be? Whats my problem?

another question, what happens when you lift weights but dont excercise and semi eat right. will you lose weight?
(my brothers just got this new weight set in the house)

Answer
Thanks Sarah..well, it's now so obvious why you are not getting anywhere. Just look at the junk you're eating!!!

If you want to become the best you can be then you must ditch the way you are eating and change a lot of things:

Breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dinner like a pauper.

make sure you eat a balance of fresh veg and fruit with lean protein every meal.

Reduce, as much as you can, any ready made food such as fries and noodles.

Snacks are NOT cookies- they are fruit, veg sticks, nuts and raisins, seeds etc.

It's great that you've already ditched some of the junk and have started to drink water daily, so keep that going.

It's quite a revelation for you, i know, but it the best way for you to be what you want. if you feel that the shopping and cooking are all too much for now, just drop by my site and i can supply you with our meal shakes which take all the hard work away and give you the absolute best nutrition you can buy!

Al the best
