How to stop eatting to much

Question
Hello Richard,
I'm not severely over weight yet, but since I have moved away from home and to college I have started to eat a lot more then i use to and i just wanted to know what i can do to stop myself from eating to much, this is my main reason for gaining the weight i have already. If you can give me any tips if would greatly appreciated. thanks for your time

Answer
Kristina, it's more about what you eat then how much you eat.  If you're eating the right foods you'll actually find that you eat more than if you eat junk food.
