tryglycerides

Question
what should I eat to lower down my tryglycerides?

Answer
Hello!  To lower triglycerides, you'll want to eat plenty of fatty fish (salmon tuna), nuts (1/4 cup/day is good), anything with omega3 fatty acids (fish, nuts, canola oil) and fiber.  25 g fiber/day is recommended.  Exercise will also lower triglycerides.  And, decreasing the amount of concentrated sweets (juice, soda, dessert).

Hope this helps!
