Hi,

I'm finding extremely difficult to loose weight after my son's birth. He is now aged 14 months and still i have not shed even a kilo inspite of workout. I am unable to go for walks but do have time for workouts. Can you suggest any form of exercise and diet which would help me.

Exercise is great but you must support it with higher levels of very good nutrition.

I recommend having a daily balance of meats/fish/chicken/eggs with plenty of fresh veg and at least 8 glasses of water. use fruit as snacks and enjoy the odd treats.
