Hi, i'm 15 this year.
I have been doing the HIIT program for 5-6 weeks now. I gained weight at first but I expected it would be muscle weight. However, I never lost that extra weight that I thought I would- after 5-6 weeks. I gained weight and stayed at that weight. What could I have done wrong?

Answer
It could just be your body type. Some people respond really well to HIIT. Others (like me) seem to respond better to slow, steady-state, duration exercise. I personally lose more weight by running or cycling at a medium intensity for 30 to 40 minutes. Some people seem to be able to crank out 5 interval sprints in 10 minutes and lose weight. You have to find what works best for you.

Of course, you can't GAIN weight unless you're EATING more than your BURNING. What does your diet look like??? That's probably your problem.
