Question
Hi!  I am 37 yrs old, 5'8.5" and 165 lbs.  I am trying to get back to 145 lbs (from 2 kids ago).  For breakfast I eat a Yoplait yogurt and a whole wheat english muffin with a little apple butter and water to drink.  For lunch I eat a low fat string cheese, an apple and a serving of almonds with fat free milk to drink.  Then I eat a regular dinner which varies but is usually pretty healthy.  I am nursing and I do my elliptical trainer most days - a 1/2 hour session once or twice/day.  I am a stay-at-home mom so I am fairly active during the day.  Does it sound like I should lose weight with this regimine?  The lbs aren't exactly dropping off and I'm wondering if I'm not being patient or if I should be doing something different.  Any ideas?

Answer
Well, it seems you aren't taking in too many calories but I don't know what a 'regular' dinner is to you.  Often women have a hard time losing wt until they stop breastfeeding.  Of course I am not advising you to do this because it is wonderful that you are!  Are you okay with waiting?
