Losing weight in weird places

Question
REJOICEE!!! I am losing weight!!!

..But in a weird way.

OK, you will be the first person I am going to admit to that I am overweight. I will not even admit to myself.

At the beginning of this year, I was a size 22 in women's.

That's really big.

Well, I realized I'm probably going to die at 25 if I don't do something.

Since March of this year, I have gone from a size 22 to a size 18.

I have been so proud of myself.

I had a nice hourglass shape. I have ALWAYS been a very very busty woman.

I'm not sure what happened. I used to be sooo athletic. I ran track, played softball, played kickball in high school.

Then I just started gaining weight.

Of course I was also anorexic when I was 12-14. Never be anorexic.

OK my question is this

I am almost a size 16. I have a pair of size 16 jeans that is sort of my motivation. Now I can wear them but can't zip them. So I am getting closer.

But, my shape has gone from an hourglass to an upside down pear. I am losing weight in my legs and lower body but NONE in my upper body. My breasts have been a size 48DD for about 4 years, my shirts have been a size 18w for 3ish years.

And now I feel like every bit of the weight I'm losing in my legs is going to my stomach.

I have dropped almost 4 pants sizes, but I have GAINED in actual WEIGHT.

WHY!?!?

I exercise!! I go to the gym in my apartment complex several times a week. I am getting better. At first I couldn't last literally 5 minutes on anything before getting out of breath. Now I can do things 20 minutes before I feel the need to take a breather or get some water.

I have a college student's diet. Ramen noodles, ramen noodles, ramen noodles. And sometimes tv dinners, and if I'm really lucky, Chinese takeout.

Why am I still HEAVY??

Sigh!!

Any tips??

Answer
You answered your own question. You need to eat clean foods. Ramen noodles and Chinese takeout aren't good for you. You need lean protein, whole grains, and plenty of vegetables.
