20 pounds per week over a 6 month period

Question
I am female, 38 yrs old, 5'2", 274lbs.  My goal is 150 lbs. Is it possible to lose 5lbs per week following the outline in your book "Asian Slim Secrets" combined with daily cardio with light resistance moves? If not, how can I lose 5lbs per week?  Thanks for your advice.

Answer
Hi Jo Lee,

In order to lose 5 lbs/week, you need to create a calorie deficit of
of 2500 calories/day. You can accomplish that by eating 800 calories/day & exercise for 1 hour (or 2x30 minutes) every day.

I have created an E-book, How to Lose 5 Pounds in a Week without Starving Yourself. This book contains 7 delicious & filling but vey low calorie recipes and a guide on how to stay full with 800 calories. If you combined the recipes from this ebook with the exercise ideas from Asian Slim Secrets, I'm pretty sure you will reach your goal.
