I would like to know which nutrients would help me to do more aerobic exercise with less fatigue.
Well, this is a bit vague because I don't know what you are eating right now, so I cannot judge what you might be lacking.
BUT In general
Diets that are too low in carbohydrates can cause extreme fatigue due to glycogen deficiency. On the other hand if you are vegetarian or don't eat much red meat B vitamin deficiency is common- which can cause the same types of issues.
Generally eating lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins should balance out your energy- if you are having serious fatigue issues, see a doctor- there are many hormonal problems that can lower your energy. Also, make sure that you are properly hydrated at all times- you would be surprised at how much it makes a difference!
Hope this helps, feel free to follow up if you have any specific concerns.
