I am very overweight and aside from work, I am inactive. How can I start to exercise without it being so hard on my body that i want to give up. Also, I work full time and go to school, so time is an issue.

Delete the notion that one must wriggle into a latex sausage suit at a noisy, smelly gym and abuse and bore oneself for hours as punishment to shape up.

The picture is total body health, the term is  PLAY - if you can't recall that, watch groups of small children or large dogs and it may come back to you. It left when Recess turned into Physical Education.

Ya sneak it in when you can, and every minute counts and adds up to your favor. Take the stairs instead of elevator, park farther from the door, dance to your favorite tune while waiting for the coffee maker.
