hi im 21 female and i was wonder whats a good way to lose 40 pounds by june 27. 20 weeks

You will have to exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes and you will have to limit your total calories to about 1500 per day. The more exercise you do, the better. Write down your goals, write down your food plan, and figure out the calories you consume. Read labels, get a book on calories, or go online and search for calorie counters or weight trackers.
