Question
HELLO & THANK YOU FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION. I WANT TO INCREASE MY DAIRY INTAKE IN HOPES THAT IT WILL HELP WITH MY FITNESS GOALS. I AM 22 YEARS OLD. I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT IS THE BEST MILK TO DRINK? AGAIN, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

Answer
Depends how much are you looking to gain? if you want / need to gain a good amount of weight and currently are having trouble go with the higher fat versions as they pack more punch calorie wise. If your not looking to put on as much then go with a lower fat variety.

I personally most times of the year use 2%. It taste good, and has a nice bit of the good fats I want.
