Answer
Dear Leonna, What your normal weight should be depends on how tall you are and your body type. At 132 pounds and a size 10 you might be about 10 pounds overweight, but your doctor should make that determination. There are no special foods to lose weight, only a combination of healthy eating and daily walking. Try a 1500-1800 calorie per day eating plan. Check all labels and keep a running total of the amount you eat and stay under 1500-1800 calories per day. Walk everyday for at least 30 minutes. You can also do strength building exercises to tone muscles and reduce your size. You should be able to lose 10 pounds by March 31st if you follow a plan like the one above. Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
