Hello my name is Jordan i am currently a gymnast and i am very strong. i am in great physical shape. I am around 5 foot 3 inches and weigh about 125-ish. I have recently been getting to the point were i am not really out of shape but could you a great diet and exercise schedule. So if you could help me make one that would be fabulous, I'm not allergic to anything and don't have a price range, and i could use a exercise routine for days i don't practice. If there are any sites to refer me to that would help, i have been searching the web and Google all day and came up short. What i really need is just a list of foods to eat and how much to eat a day and what time as well as a list of things to stay away from, by the way i am 12 just in case foods depend vary from age, any way that would really be awesome if you could do that for me!!!!!
