hi there, i have ibs and any kinds of veggies are my number 1 trigger and i bloat really easily. i was wondering if v8 is a good source of veggies? at the moment i am having sunrype juice plus veggies and it gives me 2 servings per cup. however, the low sodium v8 i know is 60 cals per cup and 2 servings of veggies so i can get 4 serings for 120 cals. is this good? I also take oneadays multi vitamin for women
V8 is OK, but I wouldn't rely on it as your only source of vegetables.
