i have a BIG question... i enjoy all the health benefits of eating a FULL salad for lunch/dinner. which includes, romaine lett, tom, red rst peppers, black beans, red kidney beans, red cabbage, carrots and white cabbage, broccoli, cucumbers.
my problem is...... the gas and the bloating from the beans and broccoli are killing me, i can't button my pants and am instantly depressed. any suggestions??? i really do enjoy eating them.
