Binging in the middle of the night

Question
My boyfriend has a habit of middle of the night binging.  Although he is a very healthy eater and physically fit, he gets a craving for sweets during the night.  He gets up, and eats candy fruit slices, jellybeans, etc.  Then, he has such a sugar high, he can't sleep and sometimes even feels sick afterward.  Is there something he can eat before going to bed that will keep him from being woken up for sugar cravings???

Answer
Hi Tricia,

Refined sugar has been clinically proven to be as addictive as cocaine and nicotine. It is also linked to a huge range of disease - from bone loss to brain loss, athlete's foot, yeast infection... there was no diabetes before refined sugar.

Get the lethal crap out of your lives. Switch to real, fresh fruit or pure dried fruit with no additives. The cravings go within 30 days and you get hooked on feeling healthy.
