Question
I am a 15 year old guy and i play football, weightlift, and wrestle. i way about 175- 180 and I bench 200 pounds, But my problem is i want to loose the fat on my stomach, I work out regularly about 4-5 times a week i do sit ups a lot but no matter how many it just wont happen. i try to eat right but sometimes i wake up at night and eat something. any tips for me?

Answer
I get asked this question all the time.  The bottom line is: you can't spot reduce belly fat.  Just like you can't drain the deep end of a pool first, you can't reduce belly fat until all of the rest of the fat is off your body.
