Question
Hi! I am a 55 year old women who has never had a weight issue till 2 years ago when menapause began. I also just recently found out that my thyroid is sluggish. I have been on hormone replacement therapy and now started armour thyroid meds. I have excellent blood work ups otherwise and eat a healthy diet. Typically coffee in am. Maybe 100 cal. yogurt in afternoon and a dinner of protein, veg and a carb. No processed food. Evening snack is cherrios, 1/2 banana and low fat milk. I cannot lose a lb! I need to lose 30. I had tried exercising for 6 months doing weight traing every other day and cardio for 6 days a week. I lost nothing! Now I am unmotivated and still have no energy. Any suggestions? Thanks!
