Hi, I'm 16 years old and I'm 5'7" and 220 lbs. I really need to get more fit and healthy. I hate how my body looks I have been over weight all of my life and I just want to look good for once in my life. Please give me any suggestions.

Dear Chessa, To lose weight you will have to change your diet and exercise everyday. A daily walk of at least 30 minutes per day is needed to burn fat. Your diet should consist of about 1500 calories per day. Try to eat foods that are healthy like lean meat, fish, chicken, whole grain bread, vegetables, fruits, and healthy oils like those in salad oils.
