1200 calories

Question
Can eating 1200 calories each day cause a 30lb weight increase over a course of four years if I never exercised?

Answer
Hi T,

Not impossible, but not likely.

Sure you got your calorie count correct? Are you eating in your sleep?

Is your scale broken?

Try some exercise - I call it play. Just look for opportunities to but your body in motion; park farther from entrance, take the stairs, go for a walk, find a sport that appeals to you.

You do not have to put on spandex and spend an hour and a half at a noisy spelly gym to call it exercise, just rack up a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
