Is it true that:
Eating fruits immediate after a meal (lunch) will impede digestion?  I heard the fruit enzymes will slow down the stomach work?

Thank you,

Fruit is GOOD-

I dont know how or why people keep trying to label fruit as bad. If more people ate it and other real wholes foods, meats and veggies I dare them to get obese.

Fruit will slow digestion a bit, mainly from the fiber content, but slowing digestion some is Not a bad thing unless your really needing to pack calories in to put weight on. Then I would opt for more simple carb sources.
