Help body fat questions

Question
I had a tough time in picking a selecting a section for this question. So redirect me if I am in the wrong place. I am 13 years old, and i have a body fat of around 3 to 5 % (i did a test and got 4% but I am not sure how accurate it is) and I have been told that you need to be under 10% body fat to have your six pack show through you stomach, however you can only see the top four sections on mine, why is this

Answer
Steve its do to the fact your unhealthy and have no muscle and your starving your self in a time you should be eating to support health and growth of your body, brains and hormones. Your have to have muscle to show muscle. You need to start eating NOW put on weight and even fat, train some and get some muscle tone and health to you a six pack is and has never meant healthy or strong and many times means a person has starved to get that six pack for a short time for a photo shoot or the have great genetics eat a LOT and train hard.

Your comment back with a bad rating
"Comment - I have to be honest on the eating thing I eat about 5,000 calories (good ones such as quality protiens and low GI fibers) a day, yes i did count. But thank you for your consideration"

Whats your point I eat and know many who eat in excess of 10,000 calories a day when training hard. Your a growing young boy and I really  doubt you are actually eating 5000 calories and walking around at a VERY unhealthy 3-5 % body fat. But that's OK you can give me all the bad ratings you want. I am simply trying to help possible even save your life and at least your healthy by not letting you walk around malnutritioned at the worst time of your life to be in such a state when your body is just starting to try and progress from a boy into a man.

Best of luck.
