Which excercise do i do to lose my abdominal fat, and what kind of food do i eat

Thats a very very broad question but to give an answer Ill have to be broad as well.

The best exercises are BIG ones that use the whole body, Like squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, lunges, chins, bent over rows, bench presses, etc etc. These use the most muscle and have the potential to burn the most fuel.

As for food, REAL foods and you need to eat less then you burn slightly. Limit the packaged foods. Go for lots of fruit, veggies, meats, chicken, fish, dairy, and eggs. stay away from fired and sugar coated crap and youll start to burn a lot of fat and build lean muscle tissue
