Anti Ageing and overall wellbeing vitamins

Question
I am a 30 year old female from Malta (Mediterranean) and i really would like to ask for some advice regarding anti ageing and overall wellbeing vitamins. Could you kindly suggest what vitamins should i take? I already drink a probiotic drink (Donone Actamil) everyday and chew one Vitamin C supplement daily. I usually also take Cod Liver oil capsules. However I was thinking about buying Acai Berry vitamin supplements from UK. any suggestions please? i am a bit weary about this product as i read (on the internet) that some of them contain lots of caffeine and they can make you tremble and feel a lot worse! i would definitely buy the caffeine free range! and what about an anti ageing vitamin? Vitamin A, B,C, and E? or are Cod Liver oil capsules enough? I tend to have dry skin around my eyes (already!). I think it is because i used loads of products against my acne (under chin area)! they might have dried my skin (i have a combination skin)! I would also like to ask one last question .... this month i experienced pain in my breasts (the regular pain women experience before their periods / tender breasts) about 2 weeks before my period was due (usually it starts about 5 days before...if nothing at all).what triggered this?(even my period was painful this time)Could i have iron defeciency?  I really would like to thank you very much and please excuse me for asking lots of questions! I do hope you can help me! Best Regards and thanks again!

I would simply suggest you take a multivitamin and eat lots of good regular food, the vitmain is just to cover the bases after eating lots of meat, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, fruits and veggies. To many people try and find some magic supplement when the best thing they could do is save the money they are wasting on that and buy real foods from all the source I listed above.

Other then that the two supps I suggest to EVERYONE!!! for general health aside from a simple multivitamin are fish oils high in epa and dha, 5-10 grams a day and creatine, ( there is some great new research on creatine and its effects on stopping bone and muscle loss as well as fighting Alzheimer and aiding general cognitive function.

I am betting your dry skin is mainly due to a lack of good fats in your diet from all sources, saturated, and poly and mono unsaturated. Eggs, dairy, lean meats, nuts olive oil, fish oils. I am betting you need more, these also directly have an effect on your hormones, and cognitive function.
