take only fat in our diet[saurated n unsaturated] wth protien[as per requirements]
n cut all the carbs totally....
tell me wht'll b thr effects on persons under-training n non-training.

You need carbs to fuel your workouts. Sure, you can live on just protein and fat, but when I've tried no-carb diets, I always felt RUN DOWN. Carbohydrate is FUEL for your muscles?you need it to get good workouts in.
