Answer
Hi Alex,

You are presently at a healthy weight, so that means you are eating the proper number of calories!  If you were eating too much you would weigh too much, and if you weren't eating enough you wouldn't weigh enough!

IF you keep up what you're doing you'll be fine :)

On average for your age and activity level your approximate calorie needs are 2000 - 2400 per day.  But it's kind of difficult to count up every single thing you eat on a daily basis, so it doesn't really matter the number of calories you're aiming for.
A good guideline for a healthy balanced diet can be found at http://www.mypyramid.gov
Even more important than the number of calories is that you get adequate nutrition by balancing fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein and dairy.

There is no need to ever take protein supplements you may see some body-builders encourage.  The average american diet has plenty!

If you start working out a lot and find you are unable to eat enough to maintain your weight, a good supplement for nutrition and calories is Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink which you can find at your local grocery store in the breakfast aisle.

good luck!
