Dear Doc, My baby is 1.5 years old and I am back to my old pre-delivery state when I was 9 months pregnant. I am 5'5'' tall and weigh 75kgs.  My baby does not leave me with any time to join gym and/or to go out for walks. I need to lose weight fast. Please suggest simple and effective exercises which can be done at home.

Any type of up and down body movement while holding weights will be a great start.
