Losing the Rest of the Weight

I'm 24 years old, and from the ages of 19- 22 I weighed around 200 pounds. Suddenly, within like two months I dropped down to 150 without a noticed change in my diet. By the time I was 23, I was 130 lbs. Now, it's suddenly starting to creep up on me again and I'm up to 140 lbs., still without a real change in my diet. What is happening?!
I never eat breakfast, lunch or dinner at the same time everyday. I skip around and just eat when I'm hungry. Could this be to blame? I run on an elliptical twice a week. Is this not enough? I want to get back to 117 like I was in high school and I'm headed in the wrong direction.  Please help!

Answer
As you get older, your metabolism changes. It slows down, and you start to put on weight even though you haven't changed your diet or exercise routine.

I would recommend the basics: eat right, get some cardio every day, and strength training 2 or 3 times a week.
