It seems to me that I have alot of skin and was wondering how to get rid of it when someone told me that it was actually water weight.  I have been drinking 6-8 cups of water daily and have tried the pills at GNC but it doesnt seem to work very well.  I try to get out and excercise when I can but it is very hard with my work schedule. The extra flab is disgusting and I would like to get rid of it fast.  Is there anyway that getting rid of it fast is possible.  Please help the internet does not give me sufficent enough answers and I am hoping you can help.  Thank You

Personally, I do not think there is anything in GNC that works very well.

Fat is fat, skin is skin, you need 8-10 cups of plain water a day if you just sit still in the shade.

Whoever told you that insanity is a threat to themselves and others.

Pilates is the best body shaping activity around at the moment.

Sneak in any activity you can, 5 minutes at a time - it all adds up.
