Nutrilite?

Question
Hello!
I am wondering your opinion on Nutrilite? I am not sure if you are familiar with this brand...I have used their meal replacement bars and little 100 calorie snacks, and really enjoy them (because they actually taste good for a bar!). I am wondering your opinion on them? I usually only have a bar in the morning for breakfast, as I am very busy and have little time to make food.  I include it into a balanced daily eating plan, I have a salad with some sort of protine at lunch, veggies and/or fruit for snacks during the day, and a carb/protien rich dinner (stir fry or something)...so I feel I am eating alright and that the bars are ok...your opinion?
Thank you!!

Answer
Hello/Bon jour,

Okay, I give you points for not going around hungry - the worst thing to do to your metabolism; makes it go way down - but why not just get your own raw nuts (roasted peanuts are okay as they are not a true nut but a legume), assorted fresh or dried, unsulphured, unsweetened fruit?

The closest to nature the food is, the better the odds that there is something in there your body can actually use. It is all the empty food that keeps folks eating and overeating.
