i need help losing weight and dieting

I am 15 years old, i'm 5'11, and i weigh 168 pounds am i over weight? Also i do lift weights and run, what should i eat to help me drop weight and lose my belly? any help will be appreciated, thx!

Brandon, Right now you are at the top end of what is considered normal- but you are not over weight. You should be getting between 30 and 60 minutes of activity EVERY DAY, including running, walking, biking lifting weights and playing sports.

You should definitely be eating at least 2800 calories a day- If you are active daily and stick to that amount of calories you will lose weight, but do it in a way that won't wreck your metabolism and doom you to yo yo dieting for the rest of your life.
