--- MY REPLY:

I am an expert in weight loss, and I know a great deal about nutrition, however (a) I don't generally recommend vitamins as you can get all of the vitamins you need from a well-balanced diet, (b) I don't know anything about soy allergies because I don't have one, and (c) even if I did know a lot about vitamins AND soy allergies, I'm sure every person is different. If you have a mild soy allergy, I'm sure you could get away with taking a pill once a day. If you have a severe allergy, probably not. This is a question for the manufacturer of the vitamins, as I'm sure all vitamin brands are made slightly different.

I do have "some understanding" of vitamins, but this is a very technical question, and I wouldn't want to give you a wrong answer.
