Hi!  I was wondering if it is ok if i eat about 26 almonds, say, at lunch time, and then later on I eat 2 tablespoons of almond butter as a late night snack.  Is that too much fat?  Or if I don't go over my calorie requirements, it's ok.  Thank you very much!

Generally, fats in nuts and seeds are good for you. However, it always depends on the type of diet you are on. If you watch only calories, it doesn't matter what they come from. Are you successful on your diet? If not, tell me more about it and I'll be more specific in my answer.
