almonds

Question
I was wondering if it is ok if i eat about 26 almonds, say, at lunch time, and then later on I eat 2 tablespoons on almond butter as a late night snack.  Is that too much fat?  Or if I don't go over my calorie requirements, it's ok.

Also, is it ok to eat bananas everyday?  Or they have too much sugar?

Thank you very much!

Answer
Almonds and bananas are both fine and VERY healthy for you. Just like you said, count your calories and get some exercise.
