Laziness after dinner

Question
Hi,

Please suggest me away to prevent laziness after lunch & dinner.

Thanks,
Vivek Jain

Answer
Hi Vivek,

It's normal to feel sleepy after a big meal because our body concentrate all the energy to process the food, hence our brain might not have enough oxygen or energy to stay awake. You can solve this problem by eating smaller meals, or by doing something fun to increase your oxygen intake & mental alertness such as walking or talking with friends.
