hi, im a 14 year old female and i am about 5'2 i believe.... i was wanting to know the best method for losing weight... in my past, i used to weigh about 185 pounds... and i was [surprisingly] able to lose some weight and get down to about 155 pounds (what weigh now). i SOMETIMES exercise, but with school, i usually dont have time to do anything before or after school.

so my question is: do you have any tips on exercises that would help me burn off the unwanted body fat? im sick and tired of all this fat on my midsection, butt, and thighs... trust me on this... i DONT look good with it. Also, i kind of wanted to lose as much weight as i can before june of next year. do you have any suggestions on the best way to lose weight?

so if you have any suggestions, i would very much appreciate it :)

I'm sorry, but I don't like giving weight loss advice to children. You should consult a doctor or nutritionist. Child metabolism is a lot different from adults, and I don't like making any suggestions for kids.

Eat healthy, exercise, and watch your calories.
