Question
do we have anything to increase the metabolic rate ?
whenever we do exersice it increases we don t than it decreases

how i should maintain weight?
i lose my weight but again  i am gaining  it it s not in my hand  how should i control?

Hi Ronak,

If you do strength training exercise, you will strengthen & build your muscles. Those muscles will increase your metabolic rate, even when you stop exercising. That's why in my book, I recommend simple strength training exercises. These exercises will strengthen your muscles but will not make you look bulky.   

You can maintain your weight if you understand how to balance your calories intake. You need to combine foods that are rich in resistant starches in your diet with your regular diet to increase your metabolism. Once you learn this skill, you can easily manage your weight.
